The red earth and karst rock close to the Cansiglio forest and the clay soils on the edge of the Marano lagoon are able to give us products with an authentic and unmistakable taste. We propose a locally sourced cuisine.
We grow, breed and harvest directly from our land to share genuine dishes accompanied by our self-produced wines and beers.
Dedication and respect towards nature, as well as tradition, are the principles the Cadorin family has its roots on.
